Tom Managing Partner, Canadian-Scottish by nationality, with 12 years of professional real estate experience, specializing in investments, property management, sales & marketing, negotiation, finance, market analyses of residential and commercial real estate as well as contract administration and consultancy.

He was previously a member of the following North American professional bodies before moving to Phuket;

   The Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute

He has experience in bringing projects to the market from the land acquisition through sales completion on various international property development projects in Canada, Spain and also Belize.

Tom is a Managing Partner at Indigo, is in charge of the residential division and maintains active involvement in early stage development planning and advisory and well recognized for his ability to work with architects to ensure floor plans are functional, that common areas flow well and ensuring material and interior choices are high spec.

He is a Rockfish partner (one of Thailand's best restaurants as voted by Thailand Tatler) and a well known International DJ who performs every Sunday at Laem singh beach, at a fantastic sunset party known as SoundWave Sunday.

Nickis the founder of Indigo Real Estate and has been its driving force of the International expansion and the development of its global distribution strategy.

After several years at Geelong Grammar School in Australia, studying alongside many Thai students Nick moved to Hong Kong in 1991 following four years a full-time snow skier and four years stock broking in Melbourne. In Hong Kong he was a stockbroker since 1991 in Hong Kong with Robert Kuoks (Shangri La hotel group) Kerry Securities that had a major presence across Asia then as a director also in HK with French owned Indosuez WI Carr. After founding his own company he built a network raising capital for hedge funds and entrepreneurs before becoming Chairman and co-founder of Strategic Capital Group that invested in a number of internet based companies including a large cosmetics company.

Seeking fresh air and a move away from corporate life he moved to Phuket and founded Indigo Real Estate with Canadian Tom Travers. Indigo has subsequently gone on to become the foremost luxury real estate company in Asia with a focus on brand name resort property with interests in Phuket, Krabi, Koh Samui, Bali, Vietnam, The Seychelles, Argentina - all idyllic beautiful destinations with first class real estate that all offer value - something that 90% of today's large real estate markets do not offer.

Nick as publisher of the Indigo magazine which just launched its third edition with 15,000 copies, wrote much of the magazines content and took many of its photos. He is an avid painter of wild large canvasses and a patron of the arts through Galerie Martini, one of Asia's leading contemporary art galleries that he co-founded in 1997 in HK. Today Martini shares space with Indigo in a superb loft space at the luxury retail destination, The Plaza in Surin Beach and continues to promote talented International artists.

With Bangkok based artist Budis they have written and produced a kids book called "Princess Sausage, an Island life" about his dog who was a stray from Surin Beach. All proceeds will go towards PAWS and Soi Dog Foundation. Nick is based in Surin Beach Phuket, drives an old army jeep and can be found off the beach in high season aboard Leylai, a superb teak and mahogany power boat that he charters.

Daois the company's Senior Luxury Specialists, an international model by background is a specialist in super luxury homes and advising clients on building strategies. She has graced fashion shows, magazine covers and International advertising campaigns for brands such as the Italian fashion company Danstella, Sisley and Adidas. She joined Indigo in 2004 and gave up the catwalk for construction sites and the beach. Dao has excellent communication skills advising clients on the entire purchase strategy, independently assessing the various opportunities, negotiating prices and terms, ensuring build strategies are in line with market practice and acting as the owner's representative during a build process. She has quickly become one of Phuket best supporters and enjoys solid referrals from happy clients.

PomLuxury Specialists, spent 4 years at The Prince of Songkla University in Phuket in Hotel and Hospitality Industry Management whilst interning at The Oriental and The Sheraton Grand Laguna. After graduation he worked with well-known hotels and organizations such as PIMEX, Laguna Beach Resort and Le Meridien as a coordinator and in sales and marketing.

Since joining Indigo he has built a strong reputation of absolute integrity and through his curious nature an ability to research and independently assess projects on their merits and value he has made many home owners happy through his careful procedural approach and his ability to support negotiations.

Ampis a Luxury Specialists who spent 4 years as a villa host at the Sheraton Grande Laguna, Phuket. Graduated from Prince of Songkla University in Faculty of Hotel & Tourism then extended her range of skills at The Plantation project as sale executive before joining Indigo Real Estate.

She has great confidence and relates well to demanding clients. She is enthusiastic, naturally positive and a problem solver. She understands the Thai property market well and is highly knowledgeable on luxury property.

TikLuxury Specialist, enjoys a creative background majoring in TV and Film at Thammasart University in Bangkok followed by a career in journalism and TV commercial production before starting in property at Laguna Resorts and the Marriott Vacation club in Phuket.

She is a highly organized luxury property advisor and enjoys a great friendship with many of her clients, a testament to her communication skills and ability in sourcing idyllic property. She enjoys being a new mum and is supported by a wonderful family and many friends.

Merv is our Land Specialist Manager and has enjoyed nearly a decade in Phuket. He was the manager of The Bourne Leisure Group in the UK, a resort specialist with 1,000 holiday homes, 200 staff and more than 4,000 guests in high season.

In 2000 he started a residential real estate company before joining Indigo in 2006. Merv has deep Thai real estate experience, speaks Thai and is adept at working with listed Bangkok real estate companies, MNCs and hoteliers in sourcing and developing large land tracts across Phuket, Phang Nga, Krabi and the islands.

SineeAssistant to Merv, our Land Specialist Manager, she received her Bachelor of Economics from Shukhothai Thammathirat University. She worked as the coordinator for the Tsunami Relief Foundation before joining Indigo Real Estate and is a dog lover!

She knows Phuket and Phang Nga province well and keeps record of land for sale in the area that is probably the most comprehensive in Thailand.

RoongtipSenior Accountant, has over 11 years experience in accounting, with a bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking. She handles all company accounting and internal audits.

Her career has been real estate based working developers, contractors and project Managers such as Christiani & Neilsen, Thai New Zealand, Worley International and Projex Andaman.

She loves gardening and enjoys seeing her garden full of flowers especially orchids and is an avid eco-tourist.

NooExecutive Assistant and Office Manager who is responsible for administrative management, provides assistance to Nick and Tom and handles Thailand Elite Card enquiries.

She graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Silpakorn University and has 8 years of experience working with foreign co-operative companies like Bischoff Textile and Marriott hotels, one of the businesses under the Thai listed company, Minor Group PCL.

TanAssistant to Marketing & Communications Manager, is also graduate from Silpakorn University, Faculty of Arts where she majored in Library Science then joined GE capital for four years. Since joining Indigo she has been responsible for information and database management. She is dynamic and supports the sales and marketing departments whilst also managing the websites.

Duaneis the company's Marketing & Communications Manager. He has lived in Thailand for 7 years primarily on the Krabi island of Koh Lanta where he owns #1 Google-ranked travel website www.kolanta.net and the Mango House Boutique Resort. He also writes a monthly column in the Phuket Gazette and publishes property articles in Phuket Magazine, Tropical Living in Thailand and Thailand Property Report.

Prior to his move to Thailand, Duane founded one of Vancouver's top billing public relations company's Curve Communications.

PaiCreative Manager with a master degree from Chulalongkorn University in communication, graphic design and photography is the Indigo's creative force. He's working on new media initiatives and creative marketing strategies for international campaigns. He is an accomplished photographer and is coordinating multi media production including TV and Video shorts.

Pai also take responsibility for the creation and production of the Indigo magazine and the in house publications.

Oakis our creative Graphic Designer supporting Pai in the production of Ad Campaigns, email production, book layouts and multi media products. He is a talented graphic artist who takes inspiration from the art world and has an ability to create fresh ideas and visually superb copy. He has a great sense of humour, loves eco-tourism, reggae and the Volkswagen Beetle'70 fan club!
